Typically, each session lasts from 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the age of the student, their current pace of learning and other factors. Usually, students being with shorter lessons but progress to 45 or 60 minutes sessions as their skill and comfort levels increase.

Life happens, we understand! Please contact Maria to make alternative arrangements. Although we require 24 hours notice in order to guarantee a make up lesson, we will do everything possible to accommodate your child's needs regardless of when you notify us.

Yes! Your child will study music theory while also learning how to play the piano

Of course! You can log into your child's Teachworks account and pay from there. You can also print out an invoice for your records. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and ACH payments from your bank account.

Your child's progress is documented in their Teachworks account, complete with notes, suggestions and assignments. You will receive an email after each lesson with notes about your child's progress.

The specific books your child will need will be included in your customized lesson plan. The lesson plan is provided to you after your child's complementary evaluation session. You can purchase books here, or from a provider of your choice. Please note each student must have their own books for their lessons.
